Welcome to Organize Happy TV! Come join Nanner and I as we show you how to make your very own coffee body scrub!

Raw Bithday

March 7th 2010 was my 30th birthday! I am thankful for all the beautiful people who have come in and out of my life. All the lessons I have learned that brought me to where I am today.

For my birthday weekend I had a small get together to share some raw food:} I gave a little demonstration on making raw pad thai from the recipe book “Everyday raw” by: Matthew Kenney.

Raw brownies with raw hot fudge also from “Everyday raw”

Nanner was a big help – Thanks Nanner!

I had some more raw food fun but unfortunately I was too late in thinking about taking pictures! Including my raw birthday hazelnut tart! Delicious!

Spring Cleaning

With spring around the corner I felt it was a good time clean out my refrigerator. Time to take out all side door shelves and scrub them clean. Time to get all that veggie debris out of the drawers. Time to give my fridge a serious bath!

All of my food including my homemade kombucha love to live in a clean refrigerator:}

Happy food = Happy life:}

Errand Bag

My ‘Errand’ bag…..

When I need to return a movie, mail a letter or return something I use this bag. This is my ‘errand’ bag.

I used it the other day to go to the dmv. The papers I needed for the dmv were in my ‘to do’ folder. I put the ‘to do’ folder in my errand bag and taa-daa everything I needed in one little bag:}

Of course I make sure when I get home the folder goes back where it belongs…. my errand bag does not like to be full when not working:}

Lowkey with ‘to do’ folder:}

Excalibur Food Dehydrator!

After dabbling with raw food I knew a dehydrator was essential to complete more elaborate recipes. I was on the look out for a medium sized dehydrator with a timer. I did my homework and found this lovely piece of machinery:

Excalibur 3526T in black.

It has a 26 hour timer!

Five trays are perfect for what I need but if you need more you can get a nine tray.

Before my purchase I read many reviews. Now, after having the excalibur for over a year I can add to the many wonderful reviews and say I too LOVE the excalibur!

It fits great on my counter, my food comes out the way it looks in the recipe books and it has square trays {as opposed to round} letting me utilize optimum space. My kitchen would be empty with out you excalibur!

Laughing Exercises

I honestly believe that we need to laugh. Both for physical and mental benefits. I feel my organs have worked out after a good solid laugh! I love to laugh so hard I cry and no voice is left inside of me to make a sound.

Try it now – work out those insides!
