Chop suey

On today’s menu was ‘Chop Suey’ {Delicious!} This recipe is from the wonderful ‘Macrobiotic Kitchen’ cookbook. We hardly have any leftovers! We will have the rest tomorrow night as a side to our mustard glazed salmon!  I strive for no {or minimal} waste.
