Apples & Oranges

This is a shelf in my refrigerator. I use my drawers for veggies and I needed a solution for my round and “rolly”  fruit. My mother-in-law gave me these cute little baskets. They work perfectly! We have been using this system for quite some time and it never fails. It feels so good when I come home from shopping- I just take out the baskets and plop them right in:}

They also like to live in a place that is easy for them to sit rather than rolling all around in the drawers.

Organized fruit = Happy fruit:}

Thanks Mom!

    Marget! First of all, hello! I am glad to see you are doing so well :) I love your website and your way of living! It makes me feel like a little Margaret in training :) Throughout the past 3 years I have adapted a lot of your ideas, I feel great and have lost about 40-50 pounds since nursing school, but I am kind of in a rut right now. Hopefully being able to read about some of the ways you stay healthy and happy will be able to give me the inspiration to take that next step! I love your idea about the baskets for apples and oranges. My boyfriend and I eat an apple and an orange everyday so I am constantly buying them and then I have to try to cram them into my fruit drawer. I am definately going to get some baskets and try this method! Thanks for the idea!
