Excalibur Food Dehydrator!
After dabbling with raw food I knew a dehydrator was essential to complete more elaborate recipes. I was on the look out for a medium sized dehydrator with a timer. I did my homework and found this lovely piece of machinery:

Excalibur 3526T in black.
It has a 26 hour timer!
Five trays are perfect for what I need but if you need more you can get a nine tray.
Before my purchase I read many reviews. Now, after having the excalibur for over a year I can add to the many wonderful reviews and say I too LOVE the excalibur!
It fits great on my counter, my food comes out the way it looks in the recipe books and it has square trays {as opposed to round} letting me utilize optimum space. My kitchen would be empty with out you excalibur!
