Mango wraps are one of my favorites! A lot of work goes into them but the rewards are plentiful:}
Part one…opening the coconut. There are other ways of opening a coconut but this is the way I have been doing it. I did not buy any special tools as of yet to open my coconuts. In the future my technique might change.
1. Get your young coconut

2. Cut all the husk around the nut off and find the hole where you will drain the coconut water. The hole will be at the top/bottom of the coconut, you will feel a soft spot that you can literally push in.

3. Drain the coconut water and hydrate yourself:} Coconut water is full of electrolytes, magnesium, potassium and everything healthy.

4. Cut the coconut in half. I use a hacksaw.

5. Admire your beautiful beautiful coconut:}

Scoop out the meat. I keep my coconut halves without the hole, sand them down, and use them as bowls:}
