Mango Wrap Part 2
This is the sequel to part one of “Mango Wraps”. At this point you have already opened your coconut and scooped out the meat. To view part one click here

Now it is time to work on those mangos:}
Peel, chop, and blend the mangos with the coconut and some spices. {fresh cilantro if you have it} Then spread the mixture on your dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate for about four to six hours.
Flip the wrap and peel off the sheet. You might want to dehydrate some more now, just with the wrap on the screen, if it is still a little wet in the center.
Cut your wraps however you would like, fill them up with any variety of veggies. Carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, avocado. In this batch I even used some of my homemade hummus. Roll them up and enjoy!
For dipping use creamy thai dressing, or any dressing that has flavor and some spice. The sweetness of the wrap goes great with some spicy dipping sauce.
Find mango wraps in everyday raw by Matthew Kenny. These are my favorite!
