BPA In Some Sigg Water Bottles




This is an old article my husband found and forwarded me yesterday. Sigg is not doing the exchange program anymore.

After years of denying their “green” water bottles contained BPA the CEO of Sigg, a Swiss company, has admitted these bottles do in fact contain BPA after all. Sigg has an exchange program allowing you to send in Sigg bottles with the former BPA liner in exchange for their new EcoCare liner which they claim to be free of BPA.

They say that the rust color liners do in fact contain BPA and they “claim” that their new liners are BPA free. What I feel like doing is learning how to blow my own glass and make my own glass water bottle.


Here is an alternative my husband heard about. They say there is no BPA in their water bottles. Kleen Kanteen
