This is a sound machine. I never knew that I could sleep better with this machine. Now I can’t imagine how quiet it would be without it. The nice steamlined hummm is what makes it so comforting. This particular machine is borrowed but we are definitely going to invest in one for ourselves!

    Your puss loves it too! I play a relaxing CD very, very softly at bedtime. It helps me to drift off. My husband loves it too and puts it on if I forget. There are those flutey new age ones, some classical are good and lately it’s been Norah Jones.
