Time to take out all side door shelves and scrub them clean. Time to get all that veggie debris out of the drawers. Time to give my fridge a serious bath!



All of my food including my homemade kombucha love to live in a clean refrigerator:}

I usually do one big clean per week. My ‘big’ clean includes sweeping, mopping or vacuuming all floors and rugs.


For mopping I use Dr.Bronners magic soap- a concentrated no chemical soap.  I  dip my  cut up towel in the soap with water and mop with that.

I use Dr.Bronner because Kenya and Lowkey asked that I do not use any chemicals on the floors they have to live on everyday. I  use peppermint for the floors- It smells so beautiful and clean:} I use the lavendar Dr. Bronners in my bath  - like I said…. magic soap:}
