Cayenne Pepper Health

I have heard about the master cleanse and the lemonade people drink while on the cleanse. I have not done this cleanse myself but I tried a version of the lemonade.


This is my new favorite drink! A Cayenne-Cool-ada! It may sound unbelievable but it is very refreshing and makes my body feel amazing.


Lemonade:
Water
Lemon juice {I have been using my organic bottled lemon juice}
Agave {or sometimes no agave}
Cayenne Pepper

Yerba Mate, Coffee Alternative

I quit drinking coffee a long time ago. Then marrying Kyle who is a coffee drinker I almost slipped back into my old habits.


OH how I loved my coffee in the mornings!
But…coffee does not agree with my body. I got this not good jittery feeling and if I did not have it I would get an awful headache. Those reasons are why I quit drinking coffee in the first place so almost slipping back into my old routine was alarming!


Yerba mate saved the day! I found this great tea that makes me feel great and if I don’t have it there is no headache. I drink this tea after we juice in the morning. I switch between the traditional, green and pure endurance. Love it!
