Being Thankful

I kept this little pocket card in my bathroom on the mirror. Now I keep it on the desk near my computer.
Where ever it is I love to look at it and let it filter into my brain.

The simple act of thanking gives me great strength.

This is my dry brush. I make an effort to use it everyday. I love how invigorated it makes me feel!
Use it to brush off dead skin cells, get your energy circulating and say to your body- “I love you body!”

Juice Cheers:}

Daily routine…

Every weekday morning we wake up and juice. I cut up the fruit and veggies then Kyle usually does the juicing.  After it is done we cheers! Its a great time to say  I am thankful for you- as well as having something healthy for our bodies!

You can see a small bottle in between our cups. That is spirulina we put that in our juice and whisk it in- good stuff!
