I honestly believe that we need to laugh. Both for physical and mental benefits. I feel my organs have worked out after a good solid laugh! I love to laugh so hard I cry and no voice is left inside of me to make a sound.

Elliptical Machine
This is our elliptical. I love to run but my knee would hurt every time I would go out. I looked into ellipticals because I wanted to exercise without any knee strain. I get a good solid workout on this machine and my knee doesn’t hurt the way it did when I would run.

Some people have told me that the elliptical machine does hurt them so if you are interested in an elliptical try one out at your local gym first. Even if you are not a member a lot of gyms let you have a day membership. Invest only if it suits you. Some people like the treadmill or bike. Walking is also great! I love to get in a nice walk but the elliptical is great for when I want that “runners high”.
