		<description>Great post Margaret.  It is almost evil how &#039;food&#039; companies put profit over health and try to make the most addictive substances possible.  I&#039;ve just finished the book &#039;Mindless Eating&#039;.  There are actually studies done which show how to get customers to eat more.  Eating food (with fresh ingredients) you have prepared yourself is the answer.</description>
