Kale Chips!

Ingredients:

One bunch kale {I use curley kale}

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Fresh crushed garlic {I use 3 cloves- LOVE garlic!}

1 tablespoon miso {whatever type you like}

Sea salt to your tasting.

Dash of cayenne

Directions:

  1. Massage all ingredients into the kale. {This is my favorite part!}
  2. Let sit at least one hour.
  3. Put on dehydrator trays and dehydrate over night.
  4. Eat eat eat! These are very crunchy! You can even dip them in some vinegar!

I save the beautiful stalks and use for juicing the next day!
