Ingredients:

2 cups Hazelnut flour

1/2 cacao powder
1/4 water

<p>I started making raw snacks some time ago. I played around with various recipes. This recipe is the outcome of lots of experimenting. It really came together like a sweet sweet dream!</p>
<p>Organize Happy <em>Chocolate</em>-<em>Hazelnut Button snacks</em>:</p>
<p><strong><em>Ingredients:</em></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>2 cups Hazelnut flour</li>
<li>1 &amp;  3/4 cup oat flour</li>
<li>1/2 cacao powder</li>
<li>1/4 water</li>
<li>1/2 cup agave syrup</li>
<li>1 tablespoon vanilla extract</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon Hazelnut extract</li>
<li>Dash of sea salt</li>
<li>Organic dark chocolate chips {or see variations}</li>
<li>Gojis!</li>
</ol>
<p><em>Variations:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>cacao nibs instead of Chocolate chips</li>
<li>Add some almond butter or peanut butter</li>
<li>Add a tiny bit of ground coffee beans.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Directions: </em></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Put all ingredients except Chocolate chips and gojis in bowl.</li>
<li> Blend with electric mixer or by hand.</li>
<li>Fold chocolate chips and gojis into batter.</li>
<li>Roll into small balls and place on dehydrator screen. Use extra gojis for little Button top:}</li>
<li>Dehydrate 6/8 hours.</li>
</ol>
<p>I like to have these on hand incase I get that &#8220;I need chocolate!&#8221; craving:}</p>
